Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 57-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of a pulmonary infiltrate.Twenty-five years previously he was found to have minimal pulmonary tuberculosis that appeared inactive on x-ray examination; he was followed at a clinic, without medication, and discharged at the end of two years, with no further follow-up study. Three and a half years before admission a routine x-ray film of the chest was reported to be normal.
