Abstract
Objective. Although privately owned practices provide the majority of primary care for children, little is known about the organizational characteristics of these practices or how these characteristics affect the quality of care for children. The purpose of this study was to describe selected organizational characteristics and preventive service delivery features that might affect the quality of primary care for children in private practices. Keywords
