Placebo Response in Refractory Tardive Akathisia

Abstract
A double-blind, crossover drug trial with a patient with treatment-resistant tardive akathisia is described. The finding of a placebo response was unexpected, but emphasizes the value of such an approach in refractory cases.Keywords
