Abstract
Random and active neutrophil migration in agarose was studied in 61 patients with psoriasis and in healthy controls. Escherichia coli filtrate was the chemoattractant. Both random and active migration were increased in psoriasis. The increase was most pronounced in widespread psoriasis cases. In 20 patients who were followed for 1-3 yr, neutrophil chemotactic activity remained essentially unchanged. This publication has 20 references indexed in Scilit:
