Photo-induced chemical modification in Ag-As-S glasses

Abstract
It has been found that the Ag content in Ag-As-S glasses can be modified by about 5 at.% with light illumination. The modification is considered to be caused by Ag+ flow which is induced in response to photoexcited hole diffusion.Keywords
