Abstract
Ni release from Danish 1 krone coins and metal buttons from jeans was measured at 20.degree. C in distilled water and at 35.degree. C in distilled water and synthetic sweat. The temperature elevation increased the Ni release from the coins and 2 of the 9 metal buttons investigated. The sensitivity to temperature elevation differs from 1 alloy to another. [These results were discussed in light of Ni induced contact sensitization.].Keywords
