Abstract
Research in electrochemical ozone generation techniques is progressing to the point that they may offer an attractive alternative to corona discharge and ultraviolet excitation synthesis in small-scale applications of ozone technology. Possible advantages include higher ozone concentrations, the use of inexpensive low-voltage D.C. power supplies, elimination of feed air preparation, reduced size and weight, and even aqueous phase generation (bypassing conventional applications contacting methods). Keywords
