Abstract
In 8 spp. of Aspergillus colchicine and nitrite produced mutants in which the ability to differentiate, and therefore to reproduce, was impaired in varying degree. Reagents known to be destructive to the emino group in amino acids and proteins had a similar effect. High concn. of d-lysine brought about a reversal in mutation. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
