Abstract
Free trypsin was estimated in dog''s plasma by precipitation with acetone or with 2.5% trichloracetic acid, and bound trypsin by incubation of the whole ppt. for 48 hrs. and final estimation of the NPN. Heparin was added either before precipitation or after the prepn. was set up for incubation. It had a strong inhibitory effect upon plasma trypsin. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
