Abstract
Assuming from results of previous studies that only one gonadotrophin is present in P.M.S., a method of assay was developed dependent upon the ovarian wt. response at 48 hrs. after a single inj. Using values obtained on the International Standard a regression line that might serve for determining potency of equine gonadotrophin preps. by interpolation was calculated. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
