RIGHT TRANSAXILLARY THORACIC AORTOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF DISSECTING ANEURYSM

Abstract
Seven cases of dissecting thoracic aortic aneurysm are reported which have been studied by right transaxillary aortography. The clinical history in 4 of these cases with the representative roentgenograms is presented. This method has proved to be safe, accurate and superior in terms of clear anatomic delineation of the lesion.
