Eosinophilic Granuloma (Histiocytosis X) Involving Anterior Chest Wall and Lung1

Abstract
A case of eosinophilic granuloma (histiocytosis X) is reported in which the anterior chest wall, soft tissue, sternum, pleura, and the left lung were involved. The disease regressed after irradiation from cobalt-60 and administration of prednisolone.
