Abstract
We are reporting on a 22-year-old female patient with typical Netherton’s syndrome who responded to photochemotherapy with the application of 8-MOP solution and irradiation with UVA. After two or three courses of PUVA therapy, each requiring 1 week, the skin condition improved. Maintenance photochemotherapy was necessary. Because there was a similarity between psoriasis and our case in the histological findings, this modality may be justified. No side effects were observed.
