Abstract
Durch Austausch des O‐Atoms im Cyclus gegen ein C‐Atom und des anomeren C‐Atoms gegen ein N‐Atom erhielt man den wirksamsten bisher bekannten β‐Glucosidaseinhibitor 1. Das synthetische Monosaccharidderivat 1 hemmt auch andere Glucosidasen besser als natürlich vorkommende Zuckerderivate, deren O‐Atom im Cyclus gegen ein N‐Atom substituiert ist. magnified imageKeywords
