Background— Oral antiplatelet agents (OAAs) can prevent further vascular events in cardiovascular disease. How prior use or recent discontinuation of OAA affects clinical presentation of acute coronary syndromes (ACS) and clinical outcomes (death, myocardial infarction [MI]) is unclear.Keywords
