Abstract
A review of 85 cases of blunt renal trauma confirms that management is best guided by clinical findings and not solely by radiologic demonstration of renal injury. A conservative non-operative approach is advocated in the clinically stable patient if renal pedicle injury can be ruled out. This publication has 19 references indexed in Scilit:
