Abstract
The Fourier transform of the Hartley uv absorption spectrum in ozone is shown to have small recurrent features on time scales of typical molecular vibrations. These times are found to correspond closely to those of classical periodic or near-periodic orbits on a global excited-state potential-energy surface. Keywords
