To the Editor: Although fever has been well documented as an adverse effect of Isoniazid (INH) used in tuberculosis chemotherapy (700 mg per day)1 febrile reactions to INH used alone for chemoprophylaxis (300 mg per day) have rarely been documented.2 The following cases illustrate the confusing clinical situation that febrile reactions to INH can present.Case 1.
