Abstract
Single crystals of cobalt ferrite were grown from a melt having the composition 95% CoFe2O4−5% NaFeO2 by weight, under an oxygen pressure of 1650 psig and a temperature of 1590°C. Chemical analysis indicated that the crystals contained no Fe2+ and 3 parts per 10 000 sodium. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
