The Rotation-Vibration Energies of Tetrahedrally Symmetric Pentatomic Molecules. II

Abstract
A general discussion of a method which may be used to obtain the first-order Coriolis splitting of the harmonic and combination states of ν3 and ν4 is presented. The method is applied to obtain these splittings of 2ν3, 2ν4 and ν3+ν4 and to derive the stabilized wave functions for these states. With these functions the selection rules and the elements of the matrix of the second-order Hamiltonian H(2) have been calculated for these states.
