Abstract
New results from the CDF Collaboration on the invariant mass distribution of dijet events observed at the Fermilab Tevatron are used to constrain the masses and couplings of new gauge bosons ( and ) as well as fundamental diquarks which can occur in some extended electroweak models. In the case of new gauge bosons, these new bounds are then compared to existing limits which arise from searches for the leptonic decay modes of these particles at the Tevatron.
