Abstract
The two-dimensional linear inverse heat transfer problem is investigated using the boundary element method (BEM) in conjunction with Beck's sensitivity analysis. A calculation of the boundary temperature and heat flux history, from temperature measurements at points lying inside a two-dimensional body, is demonstrated. Keywords
