Abstract
A 39-year-old gravida 3, para 1102 underwent heart transplantation in 1990 for end-stage ischemic cardiomyopathy. She was immunosuppressed with FK506 and experienced no episodes of rejection or infection. She conceived in 1992 and her pregnancy was complicated by preeclampsia at 33 weeks' gestation. She delivered a 2093 g female infant with mild and transient neonatal complications. This patient's pregnancy course and successful outcome is consistent with other reported cases.Keywords
