Anomalous low-temperature properties of amorphous magnets with random anisotropy axes (C2111)

Abstract
It is shown that the local magnetic excitations density of states in rare earth transition metal amorphous materials is independent of energy down to very low energies. It causes linear temperature dependence of the specific heat and other anomalous properties of these substances at low temperatures.Keywords
