Abstract
The treatment of hypertensive aircrew should also include changes in dietary habits, and advice against smoking. Relaxation exercises and changes in life style may prove of benefit. Increasing age, hypertension and smoking multiply to give a risk of cardiovascular event which merits careful assessment.Keywords
