Abstract
The 25 observables which describe scattering are related by 16 independent quadratic relations. A method is developed for determining these quadratic relations. Provided a certain condition is satisfied, the particular set so determined and the results of 15 planned experiments at Argonne National Laboratory yield a unique solution for the 25 observables and, up to a common phase factor, for the five amplitudes.
