Certain Immunological Relationships between Human Erythrocytes and Selected Mouse Cells

Abstract
Using agglutina tion and agglutinin absorption techniques it was demonstrated that erythrocytes and leucocytes from Webster mice and erythrocytes and L-strain fibroblasts from C3H mice contain antigens related to A and B human blood group substances. Additional immunological relationships between human erythrocytes and the mouse cells were demonstrated which were independent of the A and B substances and of the Rh factor.
