Abstract
The external morphology of adult Apotomis albeolana (Zeller) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae: Olethreutini) is described. Scanning electron micrographs illustrate chaetosema, ocellus, compound eye, and galeal sensilla. Head, thorax, and abdomen are illustrated and labelled. The description and discussion includes: cibarial musculature, pronotal structure, a new axillary sclerite (axillaryIA) in the base of the hindwing, and male and female genitalia. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
