Abstract
Neutron scattering experiments using time-of-flight spectroscopy were performed on the trivalent cerium compounds CeIn3 over the temperature range 60-240K. The most striking feature is the strong Q-dependence of the quasi-elastic line. The presence of two broad inelastic transitions was also revealed. Comparisons are made with the Kondo magnetically ordered compound CeAl2 and with cerium intermediate-valence compounds. Keywords
