We present a 1 month-old infant with Robinow syndrome and large inguinal hernia, undescended testes and micropenis mimicking penile agenesis. Genital anomalies are common in Robinow syndrome. The ambiguous genitalia appearance may lead to confusion in gender assignment. Keywords
