Abstract
Ethambutol hydrochloride is effective when used in combination with one or more of the primary antituberculous agents (ie, isoniazid, aminosalicylic acid, streptomycin sulfate). Because the drug may produce serious visual changes, adequate ophthalmologic examinations should be made before and during the course of treatment.Keywords
