Abstract
Bei einem 13jährigen Jungen fand sich das typische Bild einer Akrogerie (Gottron). Die Symptomatik entspricht den sieben bisher veröffentlichten Fällen. Die klinische, klinisch-chemische und histologische Untersuchung erbrachte keinen Hinweis auf die Ätiologie. Aus der Zusammenstellung der beschriebenen Fälle geht hervor, daß familiäres Auftreten nur bei den Beobachtungen des Erstbeschreibers festgestellt wurde. A 13-year-old boy had the typical features of acrogeria, first described by Gottron. Clinical, biochemical and histological studies failed to reveal the aetiology of the condition. Review of all previously reported cases indicates that the familial incidence was a feature only of the first reported case. La acrogeria (Gottron) En un muchacho de 13 años de edad se encontró el típico cuadro de una acrogeria (Gottron). La sintomatología es análoga a la de los siete casos publicados hasta la fecha. La exploración clínica, clínico-química e histológica no aportó ningún indicio sobre su etiología. Del estudio conjunto de los casos descritos se deduce que la aparición familiar sólo se comprobó en uno de los casos observados por Gottron.
