Abstract
Placenta praevia in humans is frequently misdiagnosed because of an overdistended bladder at the time of ultrasound examination. Other incorrectly diagnosed cases may be related to placental migration due to the result of differential growth of the uterus and placenta. By recognizing these potential errors, the ultrasound diagnostic accuracy of placenta praevia will improve. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
