Abstract
A new method for [human] glucose determinations using glucose oxidase and the AutoAnalyzer is described. The method differs from existing methods in that direct H2O2 titration is performed by use of a 3-membered chelate. Specificity, accuracy and reproducibility are considered to exceed those of existing methods. Results suggest that the enhanced specificity of this method will provide precise clinical information. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
