Pressure Effects on the Carrier Mobility in Polycarbonate Doped with Pyrazolines

Abstract
Pressure effects on photoconductive process in polymer films of polycarbonate doped with pyrazolines were investigated up to 200 MPa and at different temperatures. With increasing applied pressure, the total amount of induced hole carriers increased substantially, while the drift mobility showed a slight negative pressure dependence. Possible reasons are discussed.
