Abstract

New exact bounds for derivatives of

K_{l 3}

decay form factors

f_{\pm} (t)

are obtained, provided that

Δ (0)

, the propagator of the divergence of the strangeness-changing current at zero momentum, is known. Several estimates of

Δ (0)

are discussed, along with their experimental implications.
