Abstract
Methods for the future study of "epidemic hysteria" are discussed, and the term is defined. Epidemic hysteria is a phenomenon which awaits expanded investigation with a need for stress being placed on its multicausal aspects. The importance of the role of public health personnel in such studies is pointed out. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
