Abstract
Chicken tumor virus extracts have been purified with alumina jell. The major portions of protein are absorbed out following which a carbohydrate is eliminated by precipitation in combination with gelatin. The tumor principle remains in solution. Further fractionation by dialysis has eliminated up to 95% of the total solid of tumor extracts. The active tumor principle appears to comprise a protein and a phospholipoid. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
