Abstract
Characteristic antigen-antibody interactions in agar gel were obtained in 50 to 90 minutes in an electrical field with microgram quantities of three plant viruses, which were either in purified form or in crude plant juice. The method was faster and more senstive than agar-gel diffusion. Keywords
