Abstract
Bovine chorionic somatomamotropin (bCS) was detected in the bovine placenta by using an immunoenzymatic procedure. This hormone appears mainly located in the binucleate cells of the fetal cotyledons and to a lesser extent in some localized superficial areas of the fetal and maternal epithelium. These areas may correspond to fetal binucleate cells migrating into the maternal caruncles. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
