Abstract
Water-distilled oils of Micromeria fruticosa ssp. giresunica, Sideritis lycia and S. arguta, three endemic species to Turkey, were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. The main components of the oils were M. fruticosa ssp. giresunica: pulegone (39.57%), menthol (24.27%) and menthone (24.21%); S. lycia: β-pinene (32.22%) and α-pinene (21.63%) and S. arguta: 1,8-cineole (23.22%) respectively.Keywords
