Abstract
The possibility of a second-order phase transition in some type I and type II antiferromagnets is studied by searching for stable fixed points in the renormalisation group method. Earlier calculations in the epsilon -expansion are extended to order epsilon 2. It is shown that none of the fixed points is stable at epsilon =1, confirming the results of the order epsilon calculation. Keywords
