Abstract
Measurements of various constituents and the activities of various enzymes have been made in attached and detached cotyledons of Cucumis sativus. The complex changes observed suggest that there is a reproducible pattern. Comparison of results for attached and detached material shows that, although both become yellow, the other biochemical changes associated with yellowing are not the same. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
