Abstract
A case is presented of painful lytic bone lesions of the spine and pelvis as a manifestation of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS)-related Kaposi sarcoma (KS). Though KS is the most common AIDS-related neoplasm and may involve many organs, radiographic demonstration of bone involvement has not been previously reported. The value of CT in detecting these lesions, which were not evident on bone scan or plain films, is demonstrated.Keywords
