Abstract
The pressure and frequency dependences of threshold voltage and delay time in chalcogenide glasses have been analyzed by means of a previously developed thermal model. Good agreements with experimental observations confirm further the speculation of thermally assisted switching in semiconducting glasses. In addition, a brief discussion on several aspects of the postswitching phenomena, using the same approach, has also been given.Keywords
