Abstract
Results of a simulation study of five different load- shedding schedules using a comprehensive long-term dynamic simulator are presented. Insight is provided into the effectiveness of underfrequency load shedding, and the important factors to consider in establishing a load-shedding schedule are discussed. Keywords
