Abstract
Toxicities and teratogenic effects on Musca domestica L. of 2 saturated fatty acids and a complete series of n unsaturated fatty acids containing 8 to 12 carbon atoms in the chain and a trans-2-double bond are described. Two fatty acids with a triple bond in position 2 also have been investigated. These acids were found to interfere with the emergence of the adults.
