Abstract
Possibilities of polymer‐analogous labeling of soluble polymers with covalently bound fluorochrome in the side chain were investigated, using N(2‐aminoethylcarbonyl)‐5(6)‐aminofluorescein (I), 4‐aminomethyl‐7‐hydroxycoumarine (II), and fluoresceinisothiocyanate (FITC) as labels. The properties of polyaspartamides labeled with I and FITC were compared with regard to their bond stability and intensity of fluorescence. Keywords
