Abstract
From the hydrolysed saponin-fraction from the fruits of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. we could isolate the following acetylated and methylated derivatives from spergulagenic acid: 3–O–acetylmethylserjanoat, (3β-acetoxy–28,30–dicarbometho-xyolean–12–ene, A), from jaligonic acid: Tri–O–acetyl-methylphytolaccagenin (2β, 3β,23–triacetoxy–28,30–dicarbomethoxy-olean–12–ene, C) and from the new acinosolic acid: 2β,3β-diacetoxy–28,30–dicarbomethoxy-olean–12–ene, B. Aus der Saponinfraktion der Früchte von Phytolacca acinosa wurden nach saurer Hydrolyse über die peracetylierten und methylierten Derivate isoliert: Spergulagensäure (als 3β–Acetoxyserjansäuremethylester, 28,30–Dimethoxycarbonyl-olean–12–en–3β-ol-acetat, A), Jaligonsäure (als Tri–O–acetylphytolaccageninmethylester, 28,30–Dimethoxycarbonylolean–12–en–2β, 3β, 23–triol-triacetat, C) und die bisher nicht bekannte Acinosolsäure (28,30–Dimethoxycarbonylolean–12–en–2β, 3β-diol-diacetat, B).
