Abstract
A method for the determination of catechol-methyltransferase [EC 2.1.1.6] [rat liver] activity is described, based on the measurement of fluorometric intensity of 7-hydroxy-6-methoxycoumarin (scopoletin), enzymatically produced by dihydroxycoumarin in the presence of the methyl donor S-adenosylmethionine.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
